CARIO, Feb 11 (MENA) - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates on Tuesday mourned with deep sorrow the death of Egyptian Ambassador to Croatia Ayman Tharwat, who passed away on Monday.

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty offered sincere condolences to the late ambassador's family, his colleagues and friends.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that ambassador Tharwat was "a model of dedication and devotion throughout his career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He worked with loyalty and honesty to defend the interests of the homeland." (MENA)
