CAIRO, March 25 (MENA) – Labor Minister Mohamed Gobran announced on Tuesday that the days form March 29 to April 1 are paid days off for workers in the private sector on the occasion of Eidul Fitr.

In a statement, the Labor Ministry said that business owners have the right to make their employees work during the holiday, if they deem this necessary, on condition that they give them double their daily wages.

This decision comes within the framework of keenness on unifying the dates of official vacations for workers in the different sectors in the country, the statement said. (MENA)
