CAIRO, Nov 25 (MENA) - President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued Decree No. 519 of 2024 on forming the National Press Authority (NPA) under the chairmanship of Abdel Sadiq el Shorbagy.

Under the presidential decree, the authority will include as members:

1- Counselor Mahmoud Fouad Mahmoud Ammar - Vice President of the State Council.

2 - Yasser Samir Sobhi - representative of the Ministry of Finance.

3 - Alaa El-Din Kamal Mohamed Thabet - public and experienced figure.

4 - Amr Raafat Mohamed El-Khayat - public and experienced figure.

5 - Hamdi Othman Ashour Othman Rizk - representative of the national press.

6 - Sameh Sami Mahrous Rizk Allah - representative of the national press.

7 - Osama Saeed Mohamed Othman Abu Basha - representative of workers in national press institutions.

The decree was published in the official gazette on Monday. (MENA)
