CAIRO, Feb 13 (MENA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty, currently in Paris, participated on Thursday in a ceremony marking the restoration of some smuggled Egyptian artifacts.

The Egyptian embassy in the French capital succeeded to recover the smuggled Egyptian relics in coordination with the French interior ministry.

Abdelatty lauded the efforts exerted by the French authorities in restoring stolen Egyptian antiquities.

He asserted the importance of intensifying efforts to hunt smugglers of ancient Egyptian treasures.

He gave directives to swiftly finalize measures for shipping the restored items back home.
