CAIRO, May 24 (MENA) - Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli visited the “Saba Residence Compound” project in the Northern expansions area of 6th of October City, implemented by the Ministry of Housing.

Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Sherif el Sherbiny explained that the project includes 85 residential buildings, 2,040 fully finished housing units, unit sizes range from 100 to 142 square meters and all buildings are equipped with elevators.

The compound is enclosed with a perimeter wall and three access gates, he said highlighting its distinguished location at the intersection of Boulevard Road and the Middle Ring Road.

The development features modern landscaping, including walking paths, green open spaces, and units are delivered fully finished, including interiors and access to services.

The project includes logistical and support services. (MENA)
