CAIRO, March 4 (MENA) – President Abdel Fattah El Sisi announced on Tuesday the approval of a plan to rebuild and develop Gaza.
The final statement of the extraordinary Arab Summit was also adopted.
Speaking at the extraordinary Arab summit’s closing session in the New Administrative Capital, Sisi expressed gratitude to Arab leaders for their support and commitment.
He thanked them for their sincere efforts, clear vision, and constructive discussions during the meeting.
He also acknowledged King Hamad bin Isa of Bahrain, the current president of the 33rd Arab League Summit, for his role in bringing Arab leaders together for this urgent session.
The extraordinary summit focused on the crisis in Gaza and the region’s broader stability.
Additionally, he also extended his gratitude to the Arab League, led by Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit and his team, for their tireless efforts in organizing this important summit in such a short time.
He said the meeting reaffirmed support for Palestinian rights and protection of their resources. (MORE)
