ALAMEIN CITY, Egypt, April 12 (MENA) - Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli on Saturday followed up the progress of delivering various residential, administrative, and commercial units in New Alamein City.
Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Sherif El-Sherbiny briefed the premier on the implementation rates of residential projects across different levels, the status of unit handovers to buyers, operational plans for service projects, and the sale status of commercial stores and units.
The first phase includes a total of 28,975 residential units. Of these, 15,295 units have been sold, and 11,320 units are completed and ready for handover.
A total of 6,396 units have already been handed over or inspected by clients for whom they were allocated.
The remaining sold units are scheduled for delivery by June 30, 2025.
All necessary service buildings to support residents in New Alamein City have been completed and made operational, and many other service buildings are currently under construction. (MENA)
