CAIRO, April 10 (MENA) - President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has issued Presidential Decree No. 173 of 2025, assigning Hatem Nabil Abdel Hamid Mostafa to assume the duties of Head of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration (CAOA) with the rank of Minister, for a one-year term starting from April 10, 2025.

The decree was published in the Official Gazette. (MENA)
