CAIRO, March 31 (MENA) - Egyptian citizens participated Monday in massive rallies following their Eid al-Fitr prayers across various governorates of the country to express their rejection of plans to displace the Palestinians and voice support for the political leadership that stands firmly in support of the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people.

The participants in the rallies raised both the Egyptian and Palestinian flags, strongly emphasizing their opposition to the forced displacement of Palestinians from their land. They chanted slogans such as "Down with displacement," "No to displacement," "We support and stand by Palestine... We are with you by the millions," and "With our soul, with our blood, we sacrifice for you, Palestine."

They also carried photos of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, reaffirming their full support for all decisions by the political leadership that back the Palestinian people's rights to freedom and the establishment of their independent state. They chanted, "The land is Palestinian... Say, Sisi, and we are with you... All the people are marching behind you."
