CAIRO, Feb 4 (MENA) – The Presidency released a video detailing Egypt’s efforts to mediate a ceasefire in Gaza, secure the release of prisoners and hostages, and facilitate humanitarian aid deliveries.

In the footage, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi addresses the historical injustices against the Palestinian people, emphasizing that the conflict persists because no lasting solution has been reached over the past 70 years.

Sisi warns against attempts to make life in Gaza unbearable to force displacement, affirming that Egypt will not allow any forced migration into its territory, as it would jeopardize the Palestinian cause entirely.

The president stresses that regional security depends on addressing the core issues of the conflict and restoring Palestinian rights. (MENA)
