BRUSSELS, Jan 20 (MENA) - Belgium's Foreign Minister Bernard Quintin bestowed the Order of the Crown Gold Palms 1st Class upon Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty during a ceremony held at the Egmont Palace in Brussels.
The honor is in recognition of the great efforts made by Abdelatty to elevate Egyptian-Belgian relations during his tenure as Egypt's ambassador in Brussels from 2021 to 2024, as well as his tenure as the deputy head of the Egyptian mission in Brussels from 2008-2012, which saw the development of ties between both countries.
On this occasion, the top Egyptian diplomat expressed his deep appreciation of being granted this order, commending strong bonds between Egypt and Belgium. (MENA)
