CAIRO, Nov 28 (MENA) - President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has issued presidential decree No. 521 of 2024 on the formation of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), headed by Hassan El Sayed Hassan Abdullah as acting Governor of the CBE, as of November 27, 2024 for a period of one year.

As per the decree, the membership of the Board of Directors of the CBE includes Rami Ahmed Adel Abu El Naga and Tarek Mohamed Badawy El Kholi, as deputy governors.

The decision was published in the Official Gazette. (MENA)
