CAIRO, Nov 2 (MENA) – Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli has praised great achievements made by the engineering sector and its contributions to development projects in Egypt.

The premier’s remarks came on Saturday during his speech at a ceremony organized by Cairo University’s Faculty of Engineering to celebrate its golden jubilee and honor graduates of classes between 1969 and 1973.

He welcomed Higher Education Minister Ayman Ashour, president of the university Mohammed Samy Abdel Sadeq, former prime ministers Ahmed Nazif and Ibrahim Mahlab and a host of former ministers, governors and senior officials, who attended the ceremony.

Madbouli highlighted great roles played by the engineering faculty through contributing to carrying out leading national projects in Egypt, in addition to implementing major projects in Arab and European countries as well as in the United States. (MENA)
