CAIRO, April 18 (MENA) – The Ministry of Petroleum and the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) are always keen to offer all forms of support to attract new investments on oil and natural gas-related activities, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Karim Badawy said.

The minister’s remarks came Friday during a meeting with Mohammed Farouq, CEO of ADES Company, and his accompanying delegation to review plans on drilling and exploration activities of the company in Egypt.

The meeting is part of the ministry’s strategy to follow up on petroleum exploration and drilling activities to increase production.

For his part, Farouq said the company is keen to increase its activities on well drilling and development projects in Egypt to propel production rates. (MENA)
