CAIRO, April 17 (MENA) - Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli presided over the Cabinet weekly meeting Thursday to discuss a number of important political, economic and social issues.
The Cabinet will review presidential directives to the government and their implementation to meet pre-determined schedules.
The meeting will tackle the prime minister's recent tour in Assiut, Ismailia and New Alamein City.
It will discuss presidential directives to the government to curb inflation and increase spending on health, education and social protection, along with market monitoring and controls and providing commodities for citizens at affordable prices.
Accomplishment of mega development projects across the country, along with following up on files related to investment, industry, social protection, taxes and national development as well as improving measures to provide services for citizens and take better care of low-income brackets, will also figure high during the meeting.
