CAIRO, April 16 (MENA) - The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) announced on Wednesday that all banks across the country will close on Thursday April 24 on the occasion of the Sinai Liberation Day.

In a statement, it said the banks will resume work on Sunday April 27.

CBE also said that all banks across the country will close on Sunday and Monday, 20–21 April, in observance of Easter and the traditional spring festival of Sham El-Nessim.

The banks will reopen on Tuesday April 22, said CBE. (MENA)
