CAIRO, March 26 (MENA) - Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly stressed the importance of maintaining a state of emergency across all relevant authorities during the Eid al-Fitr holiday next week, urging vigilance and coordination with the Crisis Center to address any emergencies.

During a weekly government meeting Wednesday, he highlighted the need for strict law enforcement to prevent violations such as encroachments on agricultural lands and ensure proper monitoring of markets to maintain fair pricing.

He praised the celebration held by the Ministry of Awqaf to mark Laylat al Qadr (the Night of Power), which was attended by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, who expressed his appreciation for the resilience of the Egyptian people and their cohesion saying that he is firmly convinced that Egyptians’ unbreakable unity, deep-rooted resilience, and unwavering commitment to their enduring values and principles will be the key to overcoming all challenges and surpassing any obstacles that stand in their way.

The premier extended his greetings to President Sisi and the Egyptian people for Eid al-Fitr, wishing Egypt to be blessed by peace and prosperity.
