CAIRO, March 16 (MENA) - President Abdel Fattah El Sisi said no one can harm Egypt, especially with the cohesion of the internal front.

The president added the state does its utmost to provide a decent life for citizens, emphasizing the importance of raising awareness about threats, while intensifying efforts to preserve Egyptian national security and combat rumors and destructive thoughts.

President Sisi made the remarks during a visit to the Police Academy on Sunday, where he was received by Interior Minister Mahmoud Tawfiq and Assistant Interior Minister and Head of the Police Academy Hani Abuel-Makarem, said Presidential Spokesman Mohamed El-Shennawy.

The spokesman added that President Sisi offered greetings on the holy fasting month of Ramadan and had iftar with the academy's cadets and their families.

The president reviewed Egypt's position on a number of regional and international issues, as well as their impacts on Egyptian national security.

President Sisi affirmed Egypt's keenness to enhance security, stability, and peace in the region gripped with turmoil, highlighting the state's endeavors to resolve crises through peaceful means.

The president underlined the state is making every effort to reform its institutions, citing the development witnessed by the Interior Ministry in the past years, including the transformation of prisons into reform and rehabilitation centers. (MENA)
