CAIRO, Feb 9 (MENA) - World Bank (WB) Regional Director for Egypt, Djibouti and Yemen Stephane Gumpert said Egypt was able to realize great achievements in terms of reducing birth and death rates, as well as increasing the average life expectancy of individuals.
