CAIRO, Feb 3 (MENA) - President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued decision no.45 of 2025 amending presidential decree no. 561 of 2029 on the establishment of a university institution, named Global, to host the branch of the University of Hertfordshire in Egypt.

The decree was published in the official gazette on Monday. (MENA)
