CAIRO, Feb 3 (MENA) - President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has issued Republican Decree No. 46/2025 to amend certain provisions of Republican Decree No. 86/2021 on establishing a university institution under the name of European Universities in Egypt (EUE), to host a branch for each of the Universities of London and Central Lancashire in Egypt.

The amendments involve adding new academic programs to Article 8 of Republican Decree No. 86/2021, including the architectural engineering program, the civil engineering program, and the sustainable and renewable energy engineering program.

Furthermore, a bachelor's degree will be awarded for the aforementioned newly added programs under Clause (b) of Article 9 of the same republican decree.

Based in the New Administrative Capital, the European Universities in Egypt (EUE) grant a world-class education through hosting branches of top-class universities that provide undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.

EUE offers transnational education by bringing together reputable international universities to create a unique hub in the MENA region.
