MANAMA, Feb 3 (MENA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty commended the "upward curve" in Egypt-Bahrain relations, especially after the visit of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to Bahrain in June, 2022.

Abdelatty met with Bahraini Minister of Finance and National Economy Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa on Monday, highlighting the developments in distinguished ties binding the two sisterly nations and reviewing ways of strengthening bilateral ties in the different economic, investment, and trade fields.

Abdelatty pointed out the wide-scale institutional reforms in Egypt to support foreign investments.

The Egyptian side is looking forward to hosting an Egyptian-Bahraini Businessmen Forum in Cairo regularly to encourage mutual investments, he added. (MENA)
