Sisi said "the most honorable mission for any individual is to protect his homeland, his honor and his people."

He said: "This is the mission that those joining the military are entrusted to fulfill, and which drove them to join the armed forces in the first place. It is the most honorable role that any person can undertake."

The president greeted the armed forces for all their tireless efforts to ensure the security and safety of Egypt.

He said that those serving in the military should have a balanced, tolerant and moderate personality and are required to show discipline, respect and confidence.

Sisi told the cadets: “The more knowledge you gain, the more humble you become."

He expressed appreciation of the efforts made by the cadets at the academy, starting from their days in the boot camp and later on.

He expressed his great confidence in the younger generation at the Military Academy, wishing them wellness and success.
