CAIRO, Jan 8 (MENA) - President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, the president of Cyprus, and the prime minister of Greece witnessed the signing of seven memoranda of understanding between Egypt and Cyprus during the Egyptian-Cypriot-Greek summit held in Cairo.
The MoUs focus on cooperation in various fields, including higher education and scientific research, education, IT, women’s empowerment in the tourism sector, development of aquatic habitats, managing water resources, early warning for nuclear incidents, and nuclear safety.
The memos were signed by Egypt's Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty and his Cypriot counterpart Constantinos Kombos. (MENA)
