CAIRO, Dec 7 (MENA) – President Abdel Fattah El Sisi received on Tuesday Saudi Culture Minister Prince Badr Bin Abdullah Bin Mohammed Bin Farhan Al Saud in presence of Egyptian Culture Minister Ahmed Fouad Hano and Saudi Minister of State, Member of the Council of Ministers Essam bin Saeed and Saudi Ambassador to Egypt Saleh bin Eid al Husseini.

Presidential Spokesman Mohamed el Shenawy said that President Sisi asserted Egypt’s keenness on the historical relations with Saudi Arabia at the different domains especially the cultural field.

Sisi lauded the development witnessed in the fields of culture, arts and tourism, welcoming any cooperation with Saudi Arabia, Shenawy said.

Meanwhile, Saudi culture minister asserted strong ties between the Egyptians and the Saudis.

He asserted the keenness of Saudi Arabia on intensifying cooperation and implementing cultural and artistic projects in Egypt, saying that there is strong coordination between the ministries and bodies concerned in both countries to contribute to promoting the track of cultural and artistic cooperation between Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
