Responding to a question about joint cooperation aspects and investment opportunities in both countries, Bolivia's foreign minister said that her current visit to Egypt is meant to bolster cooperation in various domains, especially at the economic and trade levels.

Sosa highlighted her country's huge mineral potential, including lithium, which is important for generating renewable energy.

"We invite friendly countries to join us and invest in these minerals," Sosa said, citing potential cooperation opportunities with Egypt in many fields.

She touched on the major climate crisis the world is witnessing and climate change impacts, such as high temperatures, floods and wildfires.

Meanwhile, Abdelatty said that lithium is an important element for the manufacturing of electric car batteries, an area of great interest to Egypt.

He said the government adopts certain visions for joint cooperation to support smart transportation plans in Egypt.

Finally, the Bolivian minister reaffirmed her country's support for the legitimate rights of the Palestinians, decrying Israel's unjustified attacks on innocent Palestinians and the civilian infrastructure in Gaza. (MENA)
