CAIRO, Sept 8 (MENA) – The 34th international conference of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (SCIA) is set to kick off on Saturday under the title "cyberspace and modern means of religious discourse”.

The two-day conference is held under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.

On the sidelines of the international conference, a training course will be held for members of Organization Of Islamic Cooperation Countries Radio and Television Union, led by Amr el Laithy, under the title “ethics of dealing with cyberspace”.

The course is organized in collaboration with the Awqaf Ministry and under the sponsorship of Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa.

The conference is set to focus on issues related to the rational use of cyberspace and artificial intelligence and the unconventional ways of developing religious discourse, among others. (MENA)
