CAIRO, April 13 (MENA) - Egypt condemned deadly attacks on the Zamzam camp which shelters displaced people in El-Fasher city of Sudan's North Darfur state, killing a number of Sudanese people and aid workers.
In a statement released by the Foreign Ministry on Sunday, Egypt called for protecting humanitarian personnel and offered sincere condolences to the Sudanese people and the victims' families.
“Egypt reaffirms its firm stance towards supporting Sudan and its national institutions to achieve stability and preserve the country's unity, sovereignty and territorial integrity,” read the statement. (MENA)
