CAIRO, Feb 19 (MENA) - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that the Iconic Tower in the New Administrative Capital will be illuminated on Wednesday evening to mark the centenary of diplomatic relations between Egypt and Türkiye.

Ambassador Tamim Khalaf, the official spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated in a post on his official "X" account that this anniversary reflects the mutual respect between the two friendly nations.

He highlighted the long-standing historical ties and diplomatic relations between the two countries, which are built on shared cooperation and a commitment to safeguarding the interests of both the Egyptian and Turkish peoples.(MENA)
