CAIRO, Jan 5 (MENA) - Senate Speaker Abdel Wahab Abdel Razeq extended on Sunday his greetings to the Egyptian people on the occasion of the New Year.
Speaking at the beginning of the Senate's plenary session, Abdel Razeq extended his sincere greetings to the great Egyptian people, both Muslims and Christians, on the occasion of the New Year.
He prayed to Allah that the new year brings further security, development, and prosperity to beloved Egypt and that the march of achievements continues under the wise leadership of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
He also wished Copts a happy Christmas, saying this spiritual occasion comes every year to renew the values of love and brotherhood that unite the people of Egypt, Muslims and Christians. (MENA)
