The Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, chaired the work of the 56th session of the Supreme Coordination Committee for Joint Arab Action, held , at the headquarters of the League’s General Secretariat in Cairo. The official spokesman for the Secretary-General, Jamal Rushdi, said that the meeting discussed a number of important items, including: preparing a plan. An emergency response to deal with the negative economic and social repercussions of the Israeli aggression against the State of Palestine, the developments of artificial intelligence and the growing role of robots and “drones” in vital fields, as well as the issue of smart education systems.
