CAIRO, July 3 (MENA) - Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli directed officials to work on the enhancement of efforts by the Unified Government Complaints System in receiving, monitoring, and swiftly addressing citizens’ complaints.

The premier also instructed the officials to ensure the best possible responses.

This is to be done in coordination with ministries, governorates, and various governmental bodies and agencies across sectors and services.

Madbouli's remarks came while reviewing a detailed report presented by Director of the Complaints System Tarek el-Refai about efforts of the system in June, 2025.

He emphasized the importance of prioritizing complaints related to the health sector and ensuring the availability of goods in sufficient quantities.
