CAIRO, June 16 (MENA) - Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli on Monday held a meeting with Minister of Communications and Information Technology Amr Talaat to follow up on preparations as regards the Digital Egypt Pioneers Initiative (DEPI), which will be implemented as of September 2025.

Talaat said the initiative targets young people from 18 to 32 years old, as it aims to train them in the information and communications technology skills, as well as to develop their language and interpersonal skills.

Talaat stated the initiative's objective is to train cadres in the fields of artificial intelligence, programming, cybersecurity and digital design, so that they could find jobs at the labor market at home and abroad.
