NEW ADMINISTRATIVE CAPITAL, Egypt, May 21 (MENA) – Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli said that the government is committed to developing all regions of Egypt, particularly governorates with limited services and investments. He cited the state’s efforts to make use of every piece of land and to support projects that create sustainable job opportunities.
During the weekly Cabinet meeting held in the New Administrative Capital, Madbouli referred to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s attendance at the opening of the first phase of Mostaqbal Misr "Egypt's Future" industrial city and the harvest season in the Sheikh Zayed Axis in Giza Governorate.
He praised President Sisi's comments on the challenges of reclaiming new agricultural land and the role of the private sector in expanding cultivation and industry.
Madbouli also pointed to the president’s speech at the Arab League Summit in Baghdad, which reaffirmed Egypt’s support for Palestinian statehood as a condition for lasting peace in the region.
On the local front, he reviewed his recent visits to a new Sumitomo electric systems factory and the BRT line trial.
The premier stated that the government will continue monitoring projects to ensure they improve service quality and support economic growth. (MENA)
