The Arab leaders reaffirmed their continued support for Lebanon in facing its challenges, preserving its security, stability, and territorial integrity, and protecting its internationally recognized borders from any violations of its sovereignty.

They welcomed the holding of municipal elections and urged Lebanese political entities to reach consensus, avoid exclusion, and implement the necessary economic reforms.

The leaders stressed the importance of implementing all terms of the ceasefire arrangements and full compliance with UN Security Council Resolution 1701.

They condemned ongoing Israeli violations, called for Israel's immediate, unconditional, and full withdrawal to internationally recognized borders, the release of prisoners detained in the last war, and a return to the 1949 Lebanon-Israel Armistice Agreement.

They also emphasized solidarity with Lebanon and supported its efforts to repatriate Syrian refugees.

The leaders expressed full solidarity with Yemen in preserving its sovereignty and unity and supporting efforts to achieve security, stability, and an end to war and division.

They advocated for political solutions based on national dialogue and creating favorable conditions for peace and prosperity, rejecting all forms of interference in Yemen's internal affairs.

The leaders stressed the importance of reaching a comprehensive political solution to end the conflict in Sudan while preserving its sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the safety of its people.

They emphasized the need to allow humanitarian workers safe access and urged all parties to seriously engage with peace initiatives, especially the Jeddah Declaration.

They welcomed the IGAD statement that called for unifying negotiation platforms and a coordinated approach to ending the ongoing war since April 2023 and achieving a comprehensive political settlement.

The leaders reaffirmed their full support for Libya, highlighting the importance of resolving the crisis through national dialogue that preserves the country's unity and meets the people's aspirations for lasting stability.

They emphasized the need to stop foreign interference and ensure the withdrawal of all foreign forces and mercenaries within a specific timeframe.

They called on the Libyan House of Representatives and the High Council of State to urgently agree on electoral laws that meet public demands for simultaneous presidential and parliamentary elections to end transitional phases.

They also urged all Libyan parties to continue the political process and achieve national reconciliation, supporting Libya's national interests and stability.

The leaders praised the efforts of Libya's neighboring countries, the Arab League, the UN, and the African Union in facilitating Libyan dialogue and achieving a political resolution.

The Arab leaders renewed their support for Somalia and its territorial integrity. They stressed the importance of strengthening security and stability in the country through Arab contributions to enhance its capacities and support sustainable development.

They condemned all terrorist activities threatening Somalia’s security, including the March 2025 assassination attempt against Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud. (MORE)
