CAIRO, May 7 (MENA) - Russian Ambassador to Egypt Georgy Borisenko expressed happiness at anticipated visit to Moscow by President Abdel Fatah El Sisi, which coincides with the celebration the Victory Day, May 9.

In statements to MENA, the Russian Ambassador said that his country is bound by strong relations of partnership and friendship with Egypt as the two countries coordinate stances at international events.

Despite the great victory achieved more than 80 years ago against fascism, the current developments require unity, said the Ambassador, stressing the importance of respecting the interests of all countries and refraining from interference in their internal affairs. (MENA)
