ATHENS, May 7 (MENA) - Greek President Konstantinos Tasoulas received on Wednesday Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi at the presidential palace in Athens.

Upon his arrival, an official reception ceremony was held for President Sisi and the military band played the national anthems of both countries.

President Sisi then shook hands with Greek officials, while the Greek president shook hands with members of the Egyptian delegation.

During his visit, President Sisi is scheduled to hold talks with the Greek president and Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.

President Sisi is also set to preside over the first meeting of the Greece-Egypt High-Level Cooperation Council (HCC). (MENA)
