CAIRO, April 9 (MENA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty asserted Egypt succeeded in combating illegal emigration.

Egypt opened its doors to those who fled their countries in search of security and safety, he said at a joint press conference with Minister of State at the French Ministry of Interior François-Noël Buffet on the sidelines of the Second Ministerial Meeting of Khartoum Process on Wednesday.

Egypt is hosting approximately 10 million guests, including emigrants, refugees and asylum seekers and the country is providing all their needs with no-camp policy as per directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.

The meeting convenes in the New Administrative Capital (NAC). (MORE)
