CAIRO, March 30 (MENA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty lauded on Sunday brotherly and close relations between Egypt and Bahrain that constitute a strong foundation for developing bilateral cooperation in all domains.

Abdelatty gave the remarks during a phone conversation with his Bahraini counterpart Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani.

Abdelatty underlined the importance of maintaining coordination to develop distinguished relations between the two brotherly nations.

He lauded the important role played by Bahrain as the current president of the Arab League council.

The two ministers expounded the latest developments in the Gaza Strip and current Egyptian-Qatari efforts to restore the ceasefire and return to the January 19 agreement.

They also exchanged viewpoints towards different issues affecting the security and stability of the region. (MENA)
