CAIRO, March 13 (MENA) – Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty met with the Americas Department at the ministry to review Egypt’s bilateral relations with the United States and Canada.

Discussions covered strengthening the Egypt-US strategic partnership and expanding cooperation in various sectors.

The meeting also addressed preparations for the upcoming Egypt Economic Forum in Cairo, organized with the American Chamber of Commerce, to increase trade and attract more US investments.

Regarding Egypt-Canada relations, the minister reviewed economic, political, and cultural cooperation and preparations for the 12th round of political consultations between the two countries, scheduled for April. (MENA)
