During the seminar, the president honored martyrs' families and those injured in military operations since the 1973 war.
The president had a photo-opportunity with those honored.
The president said "Despite the successive events unfolding in the world and our region, and the dangers and threats that have created a turbulent reality, particularly with regard to the Palestinian cause, Egypt persists in its endeavors to present visions for achieving security and peace in the region, as a pivotal actor in this issue."
He added "Egypt has consistently articulated its firm stance since the outset of events, emphasizing that there is no resolution to this problem, except through working towards upholding justice, establishing a Palestinian state, and rejecting the displacement of the Palestinian people from their land under any pretext."
He highlighted "This stance could not have been sustained without the awareness of the Egyptian people and their alignment with the political leadership, clearly demonstrating sincere intentions and love for the homeland."
"Allow me to extend tribute to the steadfast Palestinian people, who resiliently endure on their ancestral land, assuring them that we will provide every possible support in their battle for survival and destiny," concluded.
At the end, the national anthem was played. (MENA)
