CAIRO, March 11 (MENA) - President Abdel Fattah El Sisi stressed Egypt's steadfast stand in support of the Palestinian cause.

He underlined that Egypt seeks to present visions to realize security and stability in the region.

President Sisi made the remarks on Tuesday during the 41st cultural seminar held by the Armed Forces on the Day of the Martyr and Veteran Warrior.

The president said Egypt is a key player in the Palestinian cause despite the developments in the region and the whole world.

The president added that the Palestinian cause can only be settled by achieving justice, establishing an independent Palestinian state and keeping the Palestinians on their lands.

He highlighted the importance of the Egyptian people's support for the political leadership with regard to this stand.

Sisi lauded the steadfastness of the Palestinians, stressing that Egypt will offer all needed backing for the Palestinians. (MORE)
