CAIRO, Feb 21 (MENA) - Egypt's Ambassador to Hungary Ahmed Fahmi has opened the Egyptian pavilion at the International Travel Exhibition (HUNGEXPO 2025), which is Hungary's leading tourism event that takes place on 20-23 February, with the participation of major tourism and travel companies.
The Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Activation and a large number of Egyptian exhibitors are taking part in the exhibition, with the aim of promoting tourist destinations in Egypt and enhancing cooperation with the Hungarian side in the tourism industry, according to an official press release Friday.
The Egyptian pavilion saw a high turnout of representatives of Hungarian tourism companies and travel agencies, who showed increasing interest in Egyptian tourist destinations.
HUNGEXPO 2025 is expected to attract nearly 35,000 visitors. (MENA)
