CAIRO, Feb 14 (MENA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration, and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs Badr Abdelatty conveyed President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's greetings to French President Emmanuel Macron on the sidelines of their meeting on the fringe of a Paris-hosted ministerial meeting on Syria.

During the meeting, Abdelatty reviewed Egypt's efforts to maintain the Gaza ceasefire agreement and ensure the humanitarian aid delivery into Gaza.

Egypt is in the process of developing a comprehensive vision that aims to help the Palestinians in Gaza via implementing programs and projects for early recovery, rubble removal, and reconstruction, while ensuring the Palestinians remain on their land, Abdelatty said.

The French president conveyed his greetings to President Sisi, lauding genuine efforts made by Egypt on his score and in support of security and stability in the region.

Macron also expressed France’s support for these efforts, while guaranteeing the Palestinians remain on their land. (MENA)
