CAIRO, Feb 13 (MENA) - Foreign, Emigration and Expatriates Affairs Minister Badr Abdelatty is heading to Paris Thursday morning to participate in a ministerial meeting on Syria called for by the French government.
The meeting will build on the results of the Aqaba meetings on Syria, hosted by Jordan in December 2024, and the Riyadh meetings last month.
It will be held as part of regional and international coordination efforts in support of reaching a comprehensive political process that guarantees the preservation of Syria's stability, unity, security, and sovereignty, and meets the aspirations of the Syrian people.
Abdelatty is expected to hold a series of side meetings with his counterparts participating in the conference to discuss ways to promote bilateral relations, and consult on a raft of regional issues of mutual concern. (MENA)
