CAIRO, Jan 30 (MENA) – Arab and international media outlets widely covered President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s strong rejection of any attempt to forcibly displace the Palestinian people from their land.

They emphasized Egypt’s steadfast stance in supporting Palestinian rights in accordance with international legitimacy and the two-state solution.

In Palestine, WAFA News Agency published a report titled “Sisi: Forcing Palestinians Out of Their Homeland Is an Injustice Egypt Will Not Participate In.” The agency quoted President Sisi’s statements that Egypt will never tolerate or allow such a move, as it threatens national security.

It also noted Sisi’s commitment to working with US President Donald Trump to achieve a just and lasting peace based on the two-state solution.

The agency further reported that President Sisi stressed the existence of historical Palestinian rights that cannot be ignored and pointed out that global public opinion—not just in Egypt and the Arab world—recognizes the historical injustice suffered by the Palestinian people for over 70 years.

In Libya, the Alwasat news website focused on President Sisi’s clear and principled stance on the Palestinian issue, emphasizing that Egypt will never accept the displacement of Palestinians nor compromise on its sovereignty over Sinai.

In Saudi Arabia, SPA (Saudi Press Agency) highlighted President Sisi’s remarks that forcibly displacing Palestinians is an injustice that Egypt will never condone. He also reiterated Egypt’s unwavering stance in support of the Palestinian cause, emphasizing that it remains non-negotiable under any circumstances.

The agency further reported that President Sisi, during a joint press conference with Kenyan President William Ruto in Cairo, stressed that the only viable and sustainable solution is the establishment of a Palestinian state based on the June 4, 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.

Asharq Al-Awsat wrote that any forced removal of Palestinians would fuel instability and ignite tensions across the region.

Okaz Newspaper‎ also covered Sisi’s assertion that Egypt remains committed to supporting Palestinian rights and securing a comprehensive solution based on the establishment of a Palestinian state.

Al-Shrq newspaper also published a report under the title: “Sisi: Forcing Palestinians Out of Their Homeland Is an Injustice Egypt Will Not Take Part In… Egypt Is Committed to Working With Trump to Achieve a Desired Peace Based on the Two-State Solution.”

The newspaper quoted President Sisi as reaffirming that Egypt will not participate in any displacement of Palestinians while stressing Egypt’s commitment to cooperating with US President Donald Trump to secure peace based on the two-state solution.

In Bahrain, Al Ayam newspaper shed light on President Sisi’s rejection of any scenario involving the displacement of Palestinians and his insistence on a Palestinian state within the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital.

In Lebanon, the National News Agency (NNA) quoted President Sisi as stating that discussions about Palestinian displacement must not be tolerated or accepted due to their implications for Egyptian national security.

Elnashra, a Lebanese news website, reported on Sisi’s statement that displacing Palestinians is an injustice Egypt will not participate in, and reaffirmed Egypt’s commitment to achieving peace through the two-state solution.

In Kuwait, Al-Qabas newspaper focused on President Sisi’s statements that the Palestinian issue remains central to Egypt’s policies and that the Egyptian people stand united in rejecting any attempts to force Palestinians from their homeland.

In Jordan, the Ad-Dustour newspaper highlighted President Sisi’s emphasis on securing Palestinian rights and the necessity of a political resolution for a two-state solution.

In Qatar, QNA (Qatar News Agency) wrote about Egypt’s demand for the full implementation of the Gaza ceasefire agreement and the urgent need to deliver humanitarian aid to Palestinian civilians.

Al Jazeera reported on Sisi’s outright rejection of any forced displacement plans and his insistence that the Palestinian cause remains a priority for Egypt’s national security.

In Jordan, Petra News Agency (Jordan News Agency) broadcast President Sisi’s assertion that the forced displacement of Palestinians is an injustice that cannot be accepted.

The agency also highlighted his reaffirmation of Egypt’s historical position on the Palestinian issue, emphasizing that Egypt will never compromise on this matter under any circumstances.

In China, Xinhua News Agency covered President Sisi’s strong rejection of Palestinian displacement, along with his warning about escalating security threats in the Red Sea and the broader regional consequences of any attempt to forcibly relocate Palestinians.

The agency also highlighted Sisi’s emphasis on the necessity of fully implementing the Gaza ceasefire agreement.
