CAIRO, Nov 23 (MENA) – Bolivian Foreign Minister Celinda Sosa has praised the good relations between her country and Egypt in different fields.

This came as she was talking to reporters during a press conference she held jointly with Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty at the Foreign Ministry’s headquarters in the New Administrative Capital.

She lauded the great achievements she has seen in the New Administrative Capital, conveying the greetings of the Bolivian president to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.

Sosa said she had very fruitful talks with Abdelatty, lauding the special bonds that both Egypt and Bolivia have had for more than 60 years.

The two ministers discussed ways to cement trade, economic and tourism cooperation between the two countries.

Sosa said a delegation of Bolivian businessmen is set to pay a visit to Egypt, which could be an important market for Bolivian products.

Talks between the two sides touched upon the situation in the Middle East region as the ministers underscored the need to bring about peace in the region. (MENA)
