CAIRO, Oct 3 (MENA) - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates is following up on the circumstances of a reported shooting in Mexico that left a number of Egyptian nationals dead, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Tamim Khallaf said on Thursday.

Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty has directed the consular sector at the ministry and the Egyptian Embassy in Mexico to closely follow up on details of the incident and contact the Mexican authorities to get acquainted with its circumstances, added the spokesman.

The Foreign Ministry extended its sincerest condolences to the victims' families. (MENA)
