BAGHDAD, May 17 (MENA) - President Abdel Fattah El Sisi left the Iraqi capital Baghdad after participating in the 34th Arab Summit on Saturday, said the Spokesman for the Presidency Ambassador Mohamed el Shennawy.
The 34th Arab Summit kicked off in Baghdad Saturday morning under the chairmanship of Iraq.
Leaders and representatives of 22 Arab countries are participating in the Arab gathering, topped by president Sisi.
President Sisi delivered a speech in the opening session of the summit in Baghdad, in which he stressed Egypt, in coordination with its mediation partners Qatar and the US, continues to exert intensive efforts to achieve a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. (MENA)
