CAIRO, April 29 (MENA) – Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli has lauded the historical ties between Egypt and Saudi Arabia, voicing keenness to cement bilateral relations under the directives of both countries’ political leaderships.
The premier’s remarks came Tuesday during his meeting with the secretary general of the Saudi supreme coordination council, Mohammed Al-Tuwaijri, in the presence of Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to Egypt Saleh Al-Husseini and a host of respective officials from the two countries.
During their meeting, both sides reviewed agreements on encouraging and protecting mutual investments between Egypt and Saudi Arabia, expressing keenness to increase future investments in the coming period.
Madbouli voiced full support to efforts meant to broaden horizons of cooperation between the two Arab countries. (MENA)
